MYSTERY NUMBER 5 IN 2025, NUMBER OF INCREASE, PLENTY

BISHOP NICK IHEANACHO
Looking at next year, 2025, and all that we’ve been through in 2024, will the number 5 make any difference in affairs of mankind?
Yes, number 5 is a mystery number. But people don’t like digging into mysteries in this end time. The church is not interested in mysteries but the Bible says, ‘Great is the mystery of godliness.’ So, everything about God is a mystery.
Some people know of number 5 as the number of grace. But they only heard about it, and also copy it. They do not sit down to ask; how and why is 5 the number of Grace? This is what makes it a mystery, which must be unveiled.
The number 5 is not only the number of Grace; it is also the number of increase or plenty. Leviticus 19: 25 reads: “And in the fifth year shall ye eat of the fruit thereof and that it may yield unto you the increase thereof. I am the LORD your God.” KJV
He has revealed a mystery here. In the fifth year; that means 2025 and it’s in verse 25 too. It’s revealing to us in verse 25 that 2025 is the year you will have the increase and eat in plenty. God has already prophesied about 2025 that it will be a year of increase to us; even though it is a global harvest.
For me, I title 2025 as, My Year of Global Impact because I want to reach out to souls.
It is a year of harvest of increase. Joseph said to Pharaoh, just take the fifth part, and divide the land into five. The fifth part is the number of increase.
He said take the fifth part so that even in famine there’ll be plenty. Genesis 41:34 Let Pharaoh do this, Let him appoint officers over the land and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years.
Genesis 47:24 says, And it shall come to pass in the increase, that ye shall give the fifth part unto Pharaoh, and four parts shall be your own, for seed of the field, and for your food, and for them of your households, and for food for your little ones.
Remember Leviticus 19:25, it says, the fifth year shall yield increase unto you. I am the Lord your God.
So the increase and the plenty has to do with the number five. It was Joseph who taught Pharaoh this mystery. He taught him to take the fifth part of the land and set it aside in the years of plenty against the years of famine. Joseph taught Pharaoh how to invest the fifth part as a sign of increase permanently.
The number five is also the number of Peace and Redemption. That’s where Grace comes in. Let’s begin with peace before redemption. In Numbers 7:17-18, And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this was the offering of Nahshon the son of Amminadab. For peace, the number 5 is the key. Leviticus 27:13 reads, But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof onto thy estimation.
The above shows number 5 as the number of Redemption. If you want to redeem a land, you must add the fifth part. Verse 15 says, And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
If you don’t add that fifth part you won’t be able to redeem it. The fifth part is the number of redemption.
We are redeemed by that number -5. Numbers 18:16 says, And those that are to be redeemed from a month old shall redeem thou redeem, according to thine estimation, for the money of five shekels…,
Remember that for the redemption of Israel from the hand of the Philistines to occur, David had to pick up five stones. The five stones were symbolical of redemption, not that he was going to shoot all the five stones. So, God redeemed Israel from the hand of the Philistines with five stones. It was a mysterious action!
In 1 Samuel 17:40, And he took his staff in his hand and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook …
Choosing five stones was a deliberate action. Five is the number of redemption.
The three power of redemption; Jesus, Blood and Grace. Jesus is five letters, blood is five letters, Grace is five letters. So, peace offering is five, redemption offering is five. So, everything about grace is five. He chose five stones, means he chose the name of Jesus; five is a number of Grace.
